Red Bluff Round-Up Chili Cook-off
Leading up to the Red Bluff Round Up each year, Red Bluff Rotary hosts the Red Bluff Round Up Chili Cook-Off. Landing on the first Saturday of the 11 Days of Round Up, our community enjoys mouthwatering chili tastes, ice-cold suds, vendor booths, an epic car show, live entertainment, and mountains of RODEO SPIRIT.
More than 20 local businesses and organizations prepare chili for the public to sample. For a small fee event-goers get all the chili tastes they can handle. (Tasting kits are purchased at the event.)
